Pc doesn't shup down

Hi,

I have the issue that my pc doesn't shut down. Always when I turn it on in the morning it need my to press two times the power button. I have checked with the tool "pc time on/off" and it shows that the computer is running all the night, even thought it looks shut down. Using Windows 10 with all updates installed.

Why is that?
