Anyone else? I was on final this morning in the FBW A320 (stable)  and it was placing me between 10L and November taxiway. Is it the airport or something off with the bird?

Try the approach with an aircraft that uses different avionics, like the steam gauge C172, and see what happens. That should help to quickly isolate the problem.
