first I want to say that I have a lot of fun using fs2crew (did 5 flights so far), Im using button control for now, and im finally able to use it without the assist feature. I was wondering though what the perfect timing to launch both fs2crew and PBE preflight events. They both last 30 mn but I feel like they dont synchronise perfectly. Should I start PBE prior to fs2crew (like 1 or 2 mn) or the opposite ? Thanks

Yes, once you know what you're doing, you can keep the ASSIST panel hidden.

The ASSIST panel is for training.

As for using Pre Flight events with PBE.  I've never personally tried what you're doing.  I always fast forward the time down, which of course would put me out of sync with the other timer.  The timers between them are not directly linked via code.  They are independent of each other.

You may need to experiment a bit, but to guess I would start FBW a couple minutes ahead of PBE if you want to run both pre-flight events at the same time.

Or you could just use the FBW pre-flight events, then manually trigger the jetway, baggage carts, etc., via PBE or even even the Aircraft's EFB screen as desired.
