August 19, 20214 yr In honor of Robert Redford's 85th birthday yesterday TCM played Redford movies. I watched four classics in a row. The Natural. Out of Africa. Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid. The Last Castle. I had never herd of The Last Castle before so I stayed up past me bedtime to watch it. While not what I would call a great movie it is worth watching. Robert Redford was 65 years when he made it. He plays a three star general who was court martialed and sent to a military prison whose commandant is brutal. Redford organizes an army out of the prisoners and they plot to take over the prison and oust the commandant. Noel The tires are worn. The shocks are shot. The steering is wobbly. But the engine still runs fine.
