have now (after the older version had problems reading the setup data) got version 2.2 from Simmarket. The old version was completely uninstalled beforehand.
The program runs, the voices work too. Only: Nothing works, no pushback, no general services (luggage, stairs, petrol, etc. - nothing ..) All functions are checked in the setup. What's going wrong?

Only the door-opening works via panel

Are you at a gate location with ground vehicles already present at your part spot?

We can only trigger for the example the baggage cart or power truck or catering, if those vehicles are already physically at your parking spot.

If they're not there, we can't trigger them.

Yes I read that before in the forum so I chose a large gate with stairs and fuel truck to be seen only a few meters away. Nevertheless nothing is moving. In the previous version of PBE always the fuel truck can be ordered no matter where you are parking. (Fuel truck is on the way...). 

I have tried to re- install the older version. But just before a message appears: Can not read the settings- file.

This message did not appear the whole time before. I ve changed nothing.

You can't use the old version.  We block old versions.  Make sure you have an internet connection.

Please re-install the latest version again, V2.2.

The fuel truck logic is the same.  All we're doing is triggering the stock Fuel Truck.  It's as if you requested it yourself via the ATC menu.

Sometimes it can take the fuel truck a long time to come.  That's controlled by MSFS internally.

Do you have any other pushback programs installed?  If so, please remove them.  Maybe they're interfering.

 

 

I don't have any other pushback programs. I'm standing here with the Asobo 320 in Hamburg, the gateway is almost there, I press the pushback and nothing happens. The voice says we're done. There is also no fuel track or luggage or anything else. Nothing happens

If voice control is enabled, press the "ASSIST" button.  It will tell you what to say.

 

How am I supposed to do that? Your "Contact us" button doesn't work, or should I do it via a private email? Why don't you express yourselves correctly alone? I have and do not need voice control. I only expect a program for 26.00 euros to work.

Okay, for anyone interested, we found the problem.

User downloaded a freeware 3rd party airport:
Uetersen (EDHE) in Germany.

The scenery developer removed all the ground objects from that scenery, that's why things didn't work with the ground vehicles and tug, etc.

So if you're using addon scenery for Uetersen (EDHE) in Germany, now you know.
