September 3, 20214 yr After the sim latest update when I step into the cockpit of the FBW A320 (Experimental Version), when scrolling over a knob or switch, the text pops up of what that knob or switch is or does. How do you turn it off? I checked in the menu and have everything set to realistic and turned off assistance but I still get it. Also, I mentioned this before but don't think it go resolved but whenever i esc to a menu during flight and go back to the flight, my engines shut down and I can't turned them off. I checked the controls in the menu to see if esc mapped to anything else but couldn't find anything. This only started to happen after the latest update as well. Actually, i just tried it and when I got back in the sim in the FBW, it engaged reverse thrust on the ground..... Thanks! Workaround is when you get back in the cockpit, move the throttles a little bit. 1 hour ago, Zimmerbz said: After the sim latest update when I step into the cockpit of the FBW A320 (Experimental Version), when scrolling over a knob or switch, the text pops up of what that knob or switch is or does. Check Options -> General Options -> Accessibility, User Interface section. You can control the tooltips from there. I have Cockpit Interaction System set to LEGACY (for mouse control), Menu Tooltips set to OFF, Instrument Name Tooltips set to OFF, and Instrument Description Tooltips set to OFF (if this one is ON, but grayed out, set Cockpit Interaction System to LOCK, make the change, then set it to LEGACY again). ...jim ASUS Prime Z790-E, Intel i9 13900K, 32Gb DDR5 Ram, Nvidia 3090 24Gb, Samsung 970 EVO Plus 500 GB and 1 TB, Samsung Odyssey G9 Ultrawide 49" G-SYNC Monitor.
