Sim Says Mandatory Install - Not there in Marketplace

As the title says, when I open the MSFS, it won't get past a prompt that says "Mandatory update is needed, go to Microsoft store", or something like that. However, when I go to Microsoft Store, there are no updates available. I'm essentially locked out of the sim. 

Any thoughts?

Yeah a lot of us had that....really frustrating that there was no guidance about getting the xbox app.  Glad you found that as well heh.
