Shift + Key not working

Featured Replies

OK so I’m having a strange issue here with keybindings. I have:

“F” = lower flaps 1 setting
“LShft + F” = raise flaps one setting

However the “LShft + F” is not working. Nothing happens. So I tried unassigning the command, so now “LShft + F” is not assigned to anything. HOWEVER, I press “F” to lower flaps 1 setting, and if i press “LShft + F” the slaps are set down ANOTHER setting!

So I re-assign the key combo and it’s back to not doing anything. So it seems when “Shft + F” is assigned its cancelled it out because it’s still registering the “F” as its own keystroke (flaps down 1 setting).

So “LShft + F” is registering as “LShft + F” as well as simply “F”. Has this happeed to anyone esle??

PS i have made sure these key combos are not assigned to anything else
PPS It seems the “LShft” key plus any other key is also registering the second key on its own. I have “LShft + Z” key to increase sim speed rate, but the “Z” key also disabled autopilot. So pressing “LShft + Z” speeds up the sim while also disabling the autopilot 😞
