Yeah, you're posting in a two page thread about a problem and the mod's written to improve it because something is wrong with my setup.  😉 The behavior changed after SU5, and the toolbar handle persists when it previously faded.  It will fade after pressing the up arrow, but depending on the view used this also alters the viewing angle, so it is not ideal.  After that, the handle reappears with *any* mouse movement, not just hovering over the toolbar location.  This has been documented plenty of times, by many users.

If you're not seeing this, you have a mod installed, or a very special setup.

No mods. I suppose I'm lucky and doubt I'm the only one.
