When I call the ground crew in Airbus Prof. with the words "cockpit to ground" I don't get the answer "go ahead". My voice is being heard and is on the green bar and when I say "please disconnect external power" the ground crew reacts to my request. I did a reinstall but it did not change anything.

Please try the alternate phrase: "GROUND FROM COCKPIT".

You're using UGCX at the same time?

I do, but not activated via alt-t.

What version of FS2Crew Airbus are you using?

 

The latest for the Airbus pro which I downloaded from my account at FS2Crew. Version 2,0,0,45.

To isolate, try disabling UGCX via the XML.dll file.

You can set the flag there so UGCX won't load.

This way we can isolate.

Please locate the DLL.xml on your computer.

You can edit it with notepad.

You can see the flags in it.

This is just for testing.

You can disable UGCX there so it loads / does not load.

 

FSX:

P3D V4:

I have set the flag to True and now I hear the reaction of the ground crew. Should I leave it like this and reset it when I want to use UGCX?

I look at the code to refresh my memory.

In the Airbus, if UGCX is running and you say "ground from cockpit" or "cockpit to ground", the ground crew voice in the FS2Crew airbus will be suppressed.  This was done to ensure you don't also accidently get a response from UGCX and the ground crew inside FS2Crew Airbus for the Aerosoft bus.

In other words, so you don't hear two ground crew voices.

 

With UGCX running, please use the UGCX phrase to contact ground.

As per the UGCX voice manual, that phrase (in English) is:  "GROUND TO FLIGHT DECK".
