Nahimic detected

Featured Replies

Hi,

I use A32NX Project and PBE. Everytime I start both Applications I get the Warning Nahimic detected Error. I have a MSI Board and I deinstalled Nahimic and the Voice recognition works just fine
I guess it is still detecting some nahimic files in system32 folder which I don't want to delete as it is working fine.
is it possible to add a "Don't show this message again" option to the warning messages?

thanks in advance
Klaus

I had the same message on my old computer. The only way is to close the window, ignore it.

We'll consider adding it as an option, but the problem is someone will click do not show again, then forget they did that, then send us a support ticket saying voice doesn't work anymore, and troubleshooting because tough.

But generally "Nahamic" is bad news.  You should really completely uninstall it.

Our program is looking for Nahamic running as a process.  You can see it in the Task Manager.

Either of these:

NahimicService

NahimicSvc32

NahimicSvc64

didn't know the process still existed, only uninstalled the driver. uninstalled the rest and no more warning! 👍

thanks
