No Serial Key

I've sent a support ticket, but posting here as well just in case...

I've just ordered and received my download link, but there is no serial key in my account. Does it normally take a while to show up?

Usually it's instant, but our licensing system is managed off site by a 3rd party provider.  They're experiencing some technical issues at the moment out of our control.

If you don't get your license key, please send us a support ticket.

We're sending out keys manually until the problem is fixed.

Lo stesso problema. L'annuncio lo passa per GRATUITO ma quando lo faccio partire mi chiede una chiave di accesso e se non la metto ( non mi è stata fornita) non parte MSFS e non c'è modo di uscire e ripartire senza FBW . MOLTO ARRABBIATO
