No because it depends on the departure airport. For example, departing Heathrow for JFK, Concorde cannot break the sound barrier until clear of populated areas. So for that routing it remained at FL280 / 394kts until south of Cardiff, Sth Wales. 

At that point - the waypoint was named UPGAS - only then were the reheats applied. So it remained at FL280 for about 10 mins before accelerating.

But departing Barbados back to London the throttles were all the way forward from takeoff until the deceleration phase off the south west coast of England 3.5 hours later.

The usual departure routine is 250kts up to 10,000ft (Concorde was generally cleared above 250kts before that) and then climb and accelerate to 395kts levelling out at FL280.

All the way forward minus reheats or with reheats, I wouldn't think it would have the fuel for 3.5 hrs of reheats?

Reheats are cancelled at 500ft on all Concorde flights. They are engaged when going through the transonic phase where drag is at its greatest. Mach 0.95 to Mach 1.7. Thereafter they're never used again.
