Pitch Trim

Sorry posted this question in the other FS2crew forum.  Should be in this one.

Anyway, my FO always wants to set the pitch trim at 0 or 26% even though the MCDU has a value other than 26% after I start the engines.  

Am I missing another setting in the MCDU?

when i set the trim to 1.1up f.e the co sets it correct but in the after start checklist the pilot reads 26%. do i something wrong?

The pilots read "percentage", not 1.1 up/down, etc.  There's a safety reason for this because up/down could be misheard when spoken.

You can see the percentage value on the trim wheel.

Note that what FS2Crew reads will not be exact, but it'll be close.

my question was confusing i know that the pilot reads the percentage,sorry.

close is ok, 1.1up equals  21% its close enough, nice to know.
