I would hope the static aircraft would always spawn into the same gates. If that's case then it doesn't matter who spawns first.

BTW... I bought the product as well.

Yes, please populate the gates to make it look realistic. Maybe include a list in the documentation so we can avoid these gates.

 

And please add static aircraft to third party airports as well if possible.

I also would like lot of accurate static aircraft at many of the gates. I’m already using the freeware static AI which places the appropriate aircraft at the relevant gate. For example the mod places lot of delta fleet in Atlanta. Also the aircraft type is accurate too. You will never see a southwest A380. It’s always a 737. 
 
I maintain a list of gates that are available for spawning. I do this in P3d too even though I use AIG. But that’s for other reasons. I need to make sure I spawn a delta flight in a delta concourse not a United concourse.
