October 15, 20214 yr I selected a STAR approach and it was a complete bust. It could have been the approach I selected, it just didn’t work correctly. The last two legs were not what I was expecting. It didn’t come close to a valid approach. I must be missing something. I may need to look at how to do a STAR approach via a tutorial. I was curious about ATC Vectors. Is there away to integrate this into the flight plan of P2ATC, where you are vectored to the 30’ intercept for the ILS? I am using Navigraph w/ Charts. But used SimBrief. Is there a good method to using these tools? Thanks!

Whenever you select an ILS approach there's always an option 'Vectors to IAF' under the transition dropdown. Or you can request vectors manually via a request under the 'Approach' entry, there's an option something like 'Request vectors to ILS for {active runway}' Dirk
October 16, 20214 yr just in case your not aware using navigraph you need navigraph navdata center to update the airac in fs2020 and navigraph FMS data manager to update the airac in p2a this will also update little navmap and sim toolkit pro
October 16, 20214 yr Author Thanks for the info. I have subscribed to the Navigraph Charts. Not sure if I am just going to convert to the annual subscription. I think I can just use SimBrief for creating the flight plan. So the charts is not that big of a benefit. I did do a vectored ILS approach and it worked for pretty well. I did notice that P2ATC was calling out a lot of traffic, some of it was greater the 2000 - 4000 feet above or below. Which shouldn’t be a factor. I guess if the traffic is climbing or descending, it might be a factor. P2ATC is really an amazing add on app. Thanks!
