October 16, 20214 yr I got a black screen problem after reinstall RealityXP GTN750 It seemed that after an update of GTN750 had been install by me, the GTN750 did not work with Airfoillabs KingAir 350 anymore. (KA350's NAV can't connect to GTN750) Thence, I tried to reinstall KA350, but nothing worked. So I decided to reinstall GTN750 for a try. However, the GTN750 was turn into black screen, totally unusable after reinstallation. Tested on TorquesimSR22, Thranda DHC-6 and PC-6. X-plane11.55. Honeycomb yoke. The screen could still be popped out This problem I actually met before. When I first install it after buying it. It occurred the same problem, but I did solve it in some ways, but sadly I forgot what did I do. Folders' location: "E:\Garmin APP" "E:\Garmin database" "E:\RealityXP" "E:\Steam\steamapps\common\X-Plane 11\Resources\plugins\rxpGTN" The firewall and Windows Antivirus were turned off when install. Please give me some helpsssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss!!!!!!!!!!!!! 😭

October 17, 20214 yr Thank you for the log files. It looks like it is finding and running the GTN trainer as expected. The XP11 plugins folders seem to be in order as well. Can you please try on the default Baron to get started with a default aircraft, and if this is still happening: - open the RealityXP.GTN.ini file located in the Baron aircraft folder with notepad - add the following lines, save, then load XP11 and try again [GTN_750_1] ... LogTrainer = 5 DebugValue = 1 ... This enables additional diagnostic information in the RXP log file which might help finding the root cause of this issue. In addition, do you have both a discrete and integrated GPU? If so, you might want to cross check your system to force the GTN trainer to use the discrete GPU. It is all explained in the User's Manual in the Troubleshooting chapter.

Once I clicked plugins-rxpGTN-GTN750 in XP11, the 750 popped out but did not fill into the panel and still black screen.
