I SOLVED IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just unintall the 6.72v of Garmin Trainer's GTN750 and only download 6.70 version.

Then worked. God word not allowed Garmin 6.72v is the one to be blamed.

And also DON'T CHANGE the default Garmin Trainer's installation location. Just leave it there

Otherwise it will shows no navdata found in XP

@ClearForTakeoff

I'm glad you've solved this but this is peculiar because the RXP GTN installs a known compatible version (6.62.4) which is supposed to be working when installed side-by-side with the newer versions?!

It is possible re-installing a different GTN trainer version (6.70) in the default location did in fact restore some necessary registry and msi information which the RXP GTN is using to track the trainer installation folder(s), but this is peculiar still.

NB: the idea when adding the LogTrainer and DebugValue is to let the GTN writing more debugging information in the rxpGtnSim.dll.log file in order to help troubleshooting the problems. Now that you've reinstalled a new GTN over the log file has been replaced with a new one, but it would have been great if you had kept a copy of the log file so that I could inspect the content.

Sorry that I have not entered AVSIM after I solve that problem and didn't notice that you send me a reply
A long time has passed, and I have used gtn750 many times during this period.
So, do you still need me to provide the log file?

Now that everything is resolved, there is no need anymore. The most important is that you're enjoying the product!

I had this same problem -- Black screens on the Reality XP GTN 750 and 650 touchscreen displays.

After spending an afternoon going crazy trying to fix it, the problem turned out to be doing an update in the Garmin Trainer software.

Don't do the upgrade to version 6.72.  Leave it at 6.70.
