I recently purchased a TCA Captain pack for Airbus, direct from Thrustmaster. Their website was nice, and the purchase straight forward. They delivered the wrong item, and its been a nightmare since.

No human being to talk to, tried phoning the published UK number in the hours supposed to be open, spent 45 mins in queue with the answer machine telling me I was No1 in the queue, didn't change, hung up, tried again, same outcome. Slow customer response once you have jumped through the hoops and filled forms in online, I then had to send photos of the wrong item, upload them. Radio silence since.

Terrible customer service. If anyone intends to purchase direct from Thrustmaster just be aware.

I am still awaiting a resolution to sorting this out after a week.

Squawk 7600 radio silence, its all gone quiet!!!

In fairness, I purchased the Hotas stick and throttle from them as they were cheaper than anywhere else.

I damaged the wiring for the sick when fitting extension tubes, all entirely my fault.

I got in touch with them, they provided postage back to France, very heavy, where they did a full repair and service.

They then returned it back to me, all within 10 days and completely free of charge, excellent service above and beyond.

I just can't fault them, so much so that I have made other purchases direct from them since.

It may be the Covid times that we are living in?

Sounds like a different experience to the one I have had.. All their fault, sent me the wrong item, now gone quiet.

No comms whatsoever for 4 days.

Pleased you got sorted, just wish I had bought from somewhere else.
