October 25, 20214 yr Hi I installed TCA quadrant and the first time I am opening MSFS it is taking more than 20 or 30 minutes... I quit task in the task bar to start it again, but again it takes a long time after choosing plane/scenery and doesn't load at all and freezes... Any explanation? October 25, 20214 yr Some Ideas I would try. I am using the TCA and have no issues with loading times. Have you tried a different USB Port? Try a powered USB hub? Some computers just do not deliver the proper power to the USB interface. Have you checked for, or updated the firmware of the TCA first before starting MSFS? Try starting up MSFS first, then plug in the TCA Quadrant. It should detect the new hardware being plugged in. Lastly, maybe you have a conflict with the TCA and something in your community folder. Try renaming your Community folder, or copy the contents of the community folder to a backup folder and delete the community folder (make sure you have a backup). I left home more than one hour ago and it is still loading... It was functioning perfectlt but I added the flaps and gear TCA units and after that it doesn't open any more... About firmware it seems to be updated to the last version. I will try to open MSFS and connect TCA after. Let's see what happen.
October 25, 20214 yr Author So, it opened very quick without TCA installed. After that I plucked it in and it suddenly blocked. I had no mouse available. Then I took again the TCA out and the mouse returned.
