I have reset my browser settings and cannot remember which email address/password combination I used. I have tried using the password reset functionality but have not received any email to reset even after looking in my spam folders. Is it possible for somebody to help me reset my login on Airline2sim.com I have proof of purchase with my Paypal account and the email receipt. Please help urgently. Thanks, and regards.
October 28, 20214 yr Not sure if you have seen the other topics here, but the site owner (Ben) has missing for many months now. Nobody knows where he is, so I don't think you'll get support any time soon. Probably best to file a dispute at PayPal to at least get your money back. It's what I have done and many others as well. Sorry I can't give you any better news. Make sure to mention this forum (the topic Where's Ben? and this post for example).
October 28, 20214 yr The OP's issue amplifies the concerns I raised before that we'll eventually lose access to all the content if hosting costs aren't paid, basic maintenance performed, etc.
