Keven, I confirmed that when using FSL's preferred cockpit interaction method, the Engine Master Switches are controlled by Right Click + Left Click. This is also true for guarded pushbuttons. The above methodology is covered in Page 16 of the A321 Introduction Manual.

Since you already bought the Premium Deluxe version for 2020, if you buy the Standard Version for MSFS 2024, you will continue to get all the Premium Deluxe planes from MSFS 2020. However, you will not receive any new planes exclusive to the Premium Deluxe version for MSFS 2024. So I would buy the Standard Edition unless there is a plane that you really want in the MSFS 2024 Premium Deluxe version. In addition, as mentioned above, you may be able to purchase planes separately in any event.

The Command Prompt is a built-in tool of Windows, not MSFS. Just type Command Prompt in the Windows search on the taskbar. Right click on it and start as Administrator. Then type wsreset.exe.

Go to an Admin command prompt and type wsreset.exe. This morning, an MS game services update messed something up. This action just resets the Windows Store. It cleared it right up for me. Just an FYI, PACX is still in development but TFDi has higher priority stuff at the moment —according to them anyway.

Self-Loading Cargo and PACX are two options. GSX can add passenger sounds on boarding and deboarding.
