I bought the FS2CREW 737 ages ago when I never knew how to fly it correctly

I remember it doing most things (LIGHTS SETUP) and I could watch what was being flipped and learn as I don't learn by manuals, I learn by watching and doing. Not only that, but I just needed to fly it.

Furthermore, I just had a 3-year break bought the NGXU and fs2crew for it

I can't remember how to set it up, so I thought ill use FS2CREW, so I sat down and run the pre-flight events etc all the flows and started the engines Nope insufficient air pressure, so I connected up the air start and no luck.

So I restart and somehow get the engines running but FO dose no lights then I press Takeoff procedure, and he turns the dam engines off I pressed nothing but turned the tiller.

So I reset hour and a half at this point, no engines won't start with or without air starter.

So I cold dark and let it run I even sat without touching a thing until the 25 mins counted down guess what, engines won't start.

Has fs2crew been dumbed down because it was great and this feels like the FO ain't helping at all

sorry for the rant am a big fs2crew fan and I hope am out the loop and missing a setting, but this is dreadful and annoying as hell

I can't read the manuals as I can't take it in, so I watch YouTube, but nobody seems to use fs2crew like I do and do it all themselves.

If you can't read the manuals, it's going to be tough.  You really need to know what the "triggers" are for the various FO's flows.

This of course only really applies to the FSX/P3D FS2Crew's.

The  new MSFS FS2Crew's with the ASSIST panel are much easier since it basically tells you on the screen what to do.

But if you want to do most of "the work"  yourself in the FSX/P3D NGX, I suggest SOP 3  for the PMDG 737 version.

I know you don't like manuals, but just try to skim through that one.
