November 7, 20214 yr I just installed the 2 gtn750 in Turbine Duke. I started the engines turned on master avionics switch and both 750s are black. How do I turn them in? I used the Duke configurator to place them on the panel. Thanks Paul

November 8, 20214 yr Hi, Let's try to find out what the issue is. Can you please post the content of the RXP log files to get started (see RXP GTN User's Manual for file/path)?
December 13, 20214 yr Quote *** FIXED *** I reinstalled the RXP GTN750 software after reinstalling the GARMIN Trainer. This fixed it. I'm not sure if there was an issue with the recent GARMING Trainer app update. I installed the update a few days ago, but I kept getting the reminder after updating to update it again. This update notification persisted after reinstalling the GARMIN Trainer. The update notification went away after completing the RXP GTN 750 installation. Hope this helps someone! I just started having the same issue today. I love the RXP GTN750, in has been an indispensable asset in getting familiar with my upcoming aircraft avionics upgrade. I was having problems with the GDU620 in the Garmin Trainer App and decided to reinstall the Garmin Trainer. This caused the problem. I am getting the GDU1060, but wanted to play around with the 620 for fun in the Garmin Trainer App. It was buggy, so I decided to delete the trainer app and reinstall. I believe this is why I am now having issues with the GTN 750 Black Screen. The sim is P3Dv5. Thanks in advance for any assistance, Sal Edited December 13, 20214 yr by DreamDriver
