I realized that when I connect the tug for pushback, the jetway and ground power automatically disconnects - which is correct. However, when I request the tug to begin pushback, the jetway and ground power automatically connects back to the aircraft so I have to manually stop the ground power and jetway from connecting by using the PBE ground services. Am I doing something wrong?

That's default MSFS behavior.  We can't control it.

When you connect the tug, MSFS auto disconnects ground service vehicles.

We spent hours thinking it was a bug in our software, only to figure out it's just the way MSFS does it.
