Are you sure it's the mesh? Do you have a exact location? For example, the elevation data for lakes and larger rivers is stored in the vector data and not the mesh. If its terrain other than water, then it's probably the mesh. Far as mesh replacements, the only other free one available is FreeMeshX. No mesh is perfect, for example FreemeshX has issues as well along the Amazon in a few areas. I also found that there are issues at the equator with addon mesh. John C. I know remember, i have a scenery there (SKMD) so maybe therefore I don´t have any anomalies. If you could post a screenshot maybe with map window to see coordinates.
