December 11, 20214 yr Commercial Member FS2Crew Friends and Partners, Happy holidays! This is a big update. We have two big announcements! Number 1: The new "FS2Crew Product Manager" is now live. So, what does this mean to you? 1. When you buy an FS2Crew program, you will no longer download (or update) the main program via your on-line account. Those days are over. Essentially, when you buy an FS2Crew for MSFS now, all you're buying from here on is a unique Serial Code you will use for product activation. So where you do you get the main FS2Crew Program from? You'll download it via the Product Manager, that's where. 2. The Product Manager is smart: It will tell you when an update is available. And to update you just press a button. Easy peasy. This is much better and more efficient than the old system. To give you some context, it's similar in idea to the FBW A32NX Program Manager/Installer. Note: The Download Manager will handle all future products, and all current products up to the last three FS2Crew releases going back to the ALL ACCESS PACK for FSX/P3D. You can download the Product Manager via this link. If for some reason it doesn't run, ensure your anti-virus/firewall isn't blocking it. https://downloads.fs2crew.com/fs2crew_product_manager/product_manager_installer/FS2Crew Product Manager Installer.exe Number 2: FS2Crew for the FBW A32NX and Pushback Express have been updated! The Product Manager will inform you of the updates and allow you to install them. The biggest change happened in Pushback Express (FBW is mainly just some minor bug fixes). Just watch the video 😉 You'll like it! We're getting closer and closer to automatic pushbacks to the taxiway line, which is what most users really want above all else. This is the updated "DISTANCE PUSHBACK MODE". We suspect most users will stop using Rudder Control for pushbacks after this. Edited December 12, 20214 yr by byork B. We suspect the whole MSFS world will switch from Rudder Pushbacks to Distance Mode Pushbacks. Don't forget to enter the offset. For the FBW A32NX a value of "31" will get you pretty close the centerline. Of course for a 747, you'll need a bigger number. B. York FS2Crew Web Site / FS2Crew Facebook Page / FS2Crew Discord
