Can anyone say what is the key used to move a flow along if the software does not recognize a word.  I am on the verge of ripping this out as it doesn't seem to understand BELOW THE LINE.. the only phase that starts with BELOW. I need a way to move it along while the vendor decide if its an issue with all the many users who have this issue with JUST this line or if its a bug that needs looking at.

 

It is frustrating saying one sentence is as many ways as I can with no response.
