Buttons working, but yoke controls are not.

Recommended Posts

Hi all,

i have ran into an issue with my fulcrum yoke. The yoke connects with xplane well, and all the buttons do their assigned jobs, however the actual yoke doesnt do anything.

The yoke doesnt translate to the game, and it simply doesnt work. The yoke is fully locked in place, so no issues there. It works during calibration too, just not in game.

Any help is thoroughly appreciated

Hi

Sorry you are having issues with the yoke, let’s try and get this sorted asap. I will come back to you with more detail in the next day or two if need be.

Does the yoke axis and buttons work in the windows controller calibration page? Is it just in game or does it not work in control panel?

Can you confirm if you are using it through steam or native installs of games? If you are using games via steam then there is a setting in steam somewhere that can cause a controller to not work.

Regards

Chris

Hi tutmeister,

yeah the buttons work, it shows all inputs in Xplane and windows calibration, its just in-game.

It defaults to mouse controls. Really strange.

no worries, thankyou for the reply 🙂

To add more detail, i do use xplane via steam. I have selected the disable steam input option, so i dont think steam is the issue here.
