hello I manually uninstalled the pushback express from my PC. And now the launcher no longer wants to Install Express pushback. He thinks he's still on my PC. Installation not possible

Delete the Pushback Express folder located in your Program Files X86 folder in C drive.

Then run the Program Manager again.

The command center should remain minimized.

It's designed to run in the background.
