January 12, 20224 yr Using ASP3D for weather. I then tried installing ASCA. That's when things went south. So I uninstalled ASCA. After which I lost my whole sky. I then unistalled ASP3D as well, but still a black sky. How do I get my sky textures back? I'm in the dark☹️
January 12, 20224 yr If your sky textures are acually gone, there are different replacements to choose between. I've always used HDE textures that were originally for FS9, but there is a version 2 converted for FSX, and this also works fine is P3D. Don't think the fsx version is available here in the library, but just google "fsx hde" and you'll find it. And to install them, just copy the 140 files into your P3D\texture folder. January 12, 20224 yr Hello TrevorS, maybe you can use the repair function of P3D's setup installer. Regards
January 12, 20224 yr Author Thanks for the responses. I found a folder in my LM P3D root called "CloudArtBackups" which contained 2 folders - Texture and Weather. I copied the contents of these folders back into the appropriate folders of P3D and now the clouds and sky are back 😁. Don't know what went wrong - so I have not reloaded ASCA again and all is working normally.
