If you leave it at 144Hz you only get 8 bit colour In settings go to Game -> Response Time and set it to "Fast" for the best all round performance / quality. You could try "Super Fast" as well to see if you like it better. Don't go with "Extreme" as it introduces way too much overshoot The recommended monitor calibration settings are Brightness around 20-30%, Contrast 75%, R (100%), G (100%), B (94%)
