March 1, 20224 yr Good morning folks, I've noticed in the last few updates (can't recall exactly when) but the vectors seem to happen quite early. Has anyone else noticed this or perhaps I am doing something incorrectly? Another person I fly with had the same as well. 400NM out from KDEN and then had him descend to 10,000 and start vectoring. Thoughts?
March 1, 20224 yr Also had this happen a few times as of late. Also unsure of when it started happening, as it doesn't happen on every flight. The most recent example was yesterday. I was flying the Bonanza (MSFS) IFR from KAPF to KOPF. It's about a 45 min flight. After taking off, tower handed me off to Center, which immediately started vectoring me and getting me to descend. I basically flew 40 mins of the 45 min flight at 3000 ft across the entire state of Florida. Also just recently, I was flying the CJ4 from KSFO to KSAN. Should have been in cruise at FL440 for some time, but didn't even get up past 15000 ft before I started getting vectors and told to descent to low altitudes. Basically flew an entire 1+ hour flight in a jet at under 10000ft.

Dave Thanks Dave, Yes, have been using the latest Beta's at each launch, it was a couple Beta's back (but can't be sure) when the early vectors started.

March 11, 20224 yr Author Thanks Dave, I'll capture them on the next event as I didn't see this in time. Had a flight earlier today, GA, MYGF to KEYW, Was cruising at 6,000 and 150NM out started vectoring me and had me descend to 3,000.
