For some reason, I cannot talk to ATC because the check box FO handles ATC in the config keeps checking the option on even if I turn it off.  I turn it off, close the program and it comes back on after ATC issues a command.  Not sure why it started to do this, is there a configuration file I can set to read only.  I cannot see anywhere why it would be doing this.

There is a HotKey and a Joystick Button to turn this feature on and off.  The setting is just below where the checkbox options are.

Just Clear both the HotKey and the Button settings and the option should stay set where you have it.

Those check boxes set again.   I have both Co pilot options unchecked.  Speech hot key unchecked and cleared.  Respond to radio hot key not enabled and cleared    Do I also need to clear and uncheck Respond to Radio button.  I though that was the PTT key?  

Never mind, deleting the radio button is what I needed to to.  PTT is set in FSUIPC so my guess that how it is still working

The PTT key or button is set on the Btns tab of Config in Pilot2ATC.
