X plane has a pretty good interface with Arduino now.... is there any issue using the Arduino interface with Mac OS??I saw a video on  using it in Windows and its easy to set commands for hardware..what about Mac..?

should be usb? in which case it should be pretty much the same.

I use quite a few usb devices on linux with python interfaces, the python hid library is crossplatform afaik.
