March 15, 20224 yr I already have an assignment, gear up down, to buttons 11 and 12 on my Honeycomb Alpha joystick but I want to remove it. It cannot be removed. Neither the command "Remove assignment" eller " Do nothing" fungerar. Buttons 11 and 12 still control gear up and down. The Aircraft is A2A Bonanza and I use the Bonanza module. /Thomas Edited March 15, 20224 yr by Seat* Thomas ( Sundsvall, ESNN, Sweden) MSFS 2024, Intel 9 9900K Oc 5 GHZ 16MB, Corsair Hydro H150i PRO RGB 360mm, ASUS GeForce RTX 2080 SUPER 8GB ROG, 2 Corsair Force M2 MP600 1TB+500Gb, ASUS ROG MAXIMUS XI HERO Z390 MB, Corsair 32GB (2x16GB) DDR4 3200Mhz CL16, Fractal Design Define S2 Vision, Win 10 Home, BenQ 32" PD3200U 4K IPS monitor A2A Comanche, WB Sim Cessna 152
March 15, 20224 yr Are the assignments you are trying to remove coloured green? If so, this means that they have been assigned to the FSX Default aircraft selection. These would then apply to all aircraft as a common function. You should be able to un-assign them by selecting FSX Default. Alternatively, you should assign No Action (or similar) to the buttons you want to remove or assign a different more appropriate function to the buttons for the Bonanza. March 15, 20224 yr Author The assignments are colored red, what does that mean? /Thomas Thomas ( Sundsvall, ESNN, Sweden) MSFS 2024, Intel 9 9900K Oc 5 GHZ 16MB, Corsair Hydro H150i PRO RGB 360mm, ASUS GeForce RTX 2080 SUPER 8GB ROG, 2 Corsair Force M2 MP600 1TB+500Gb, ASUS ROG MAXIMUS XI HERO Z390 MB, Corsair 32GB (2x16GB) DDR4 3200Mhz CL16, Fractal Design Define S2 Vision, Win 10 Home, BenQ 32" PD3200U 4K IPS monitor A2A Comanche, WB Sim Cessna 152

Andrew, none of what you suggested works. It doesn't seem to be removable. If I add another function the original one remains and the button performs both. Is it possible to edit any file? /Thomas Thomas ( Sundsvall, ESNN, Sweden) MSFS 2024, Intel 9 9900K Oc 5 GHZ 16MB, Corsair Hydro H150i PRO RGB 360mm, ASUS GeForce RTX 2080 SUPER 8GB ROG, 2 Corsair Force M2 MP600 1TB+500Gb, ASUS ROG MAXIMUS XI HERO Z390 MB, Corsair 32GB (2x16GB) DDR4 3200Mhz CL16, Fractal Design Define S2 Vision, Win 10 Home, BenQ 32" PD3200U 4K IPS monitor A2A Comanche, WB Sim Cessna 152
March 20, 20224 yr Please send me the config-hid.lua files for the FSX Default and aircraft you are trying to change. These are in /linda-cfg/aircrafts/{aircraft name}/. Can you take some screenshot of the Joystick page showing what you are seeing and how you are trying to change the assignments? Email to linda @ awginfosys.net.
