Hi Support, good everning 

I´m having a problem with my Ultimate Ground Crew on P3DV4. I installed it in my simulator, activated with my email and order number on UGC configuration manager but I cant see it in menu addons in my P3DV4.5. Can you help me with this. I´m sad because of this problem.

So, I already read the complete manual but the problem persists. Give me help

Problem: UGCX does not appear in the ADDONS MENU in FSX or P3D 

Solution: You forgot to ACTIVATE UGCX via the UGCX Config Manager, or your DLL.xml file is corrupt.

Do not forget to click directly on "SUBMIT DETAILS".

 

 

Problem: I activated UGCX via the UGCX Config Manager, but UGCX still does not appear in the ADDONS MENU.

Solution: Your DLL.XML is likely corrupt.  The DLL.xml is a very sensitive document and if there's anything wrong with it, addons like UGCX will not load.

Side note: If using FSX, also ensure you have the latest version of FSX installed (FSX + Acceleration /SP2)

What to do:

1. Backup your pre-existing DLL.xml (located described below).

2. Download our DLL.xml to test.

3. Overwrite your current DLL.xml with our test dll.xml.

DLL.xml locations:

FSX: 
C:\Users\***your user name***\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\FSX\dll.xml

P3D V4 and v5
C:\ProgramData\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4\dll.xml

C:\ProgramData\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v5\dll.xml

You can open the DLL.xml with Notepad.

--->ENSURE YOU GO TO THE "PROGRAMDATA" FOLDER!
