In speaking with a friend about it, he indicated you would not get a transition with Vectors, and I don't believe I've ever had it prior to 2N.

Thanks for the report.  I'm working on this.

A tweak to the new vector logic should fix it for the next Beta.  It seems you only get this in the "Expect.... " call.  The actual vectors are correct.
