The what looked like cols footings were so numerous, I began to think it was some sort of sub slab drainage system. It's a big Tunnel! Constructed for a future tram system, and baggage handling between the terminal and concourses....the substructure was built so the tunnel would "float" on the crappy soil/water....it's all marsh land!
