I don`t think you need the .exe on XBOX to launch MSFS, and now game pass users don`t need to download MSFS to use it, And MS has more plans for XBOX  and PC GAME PASS users in the near future.

Put this little script on your desktop and use it to launch the sim to skip some of the intro stuff:

cmd.exe /C start shell:AppsFolder\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe!App -FastLaunch

Copy paste the above into Notepad and save as FS2020.cmd

Intel Core i5-12600k, Nvidia RTX 4070 Super, 128 Gigs.
