What’s settings do we need inside msfs for ai traffic? All disabled or?

I did, it only mentions p3D and FSX specifically, hence my question…

Assuming you have downloaded and installed PSXT for MSFS, the QSG clearly states the settings for MSFS AI traffic.

That's  the wrong guide, you should take the Quick Start Guide for MSFS. There are even screenshots in there about tge settings. The guide is at my web site and in your PSXT_MSFS/docs folder.
