April 9, 20224 yr Are you using any mods or add-on airports? I find this happens quite often after installing a new airport - try deleting rolling cache, but often it will work OK after a reload or two. Good luck!

In my case it was the Global AI Ship traffic addon but it could be any addon that either crashes MSFS on its own or in combination with another. April 9, 20224 yr Similar to orchestra, global shipping caused lockups for me but my PC would instantly freeze when I hit Fly. Since removing GAIST, no issues.
April 9, 20224 yr Now and again, yes. And with stock airports and aircraft I have flown in the same session. It doesn't happen often enough to irritate me but there doesn't seem to be any logic to it.
