April 30, 20224 yr One of the problems I think is that Asobo tried to do something cool. They've got real world flights represented in the sim. But the problem with that is that if you have real world flights your ATC, whether in sim or 3rd party, loses the ability to properly stack you in amongst the other planes. I also suspect the bizarre spinning in place on the taxiway is caused by the real world stuff, as is the "airliner sits on the runway motionless forever" issue. At the end of the day it was a really cool idea but I don't think there's a way to implement it in a way that smoothly integrates real world traffic with the player's airplane.
