May 7, 20224 yr Hi, I made a new test airport with ADE 165 to use in FSX. The airport loads and appears on the airport list at start up. However when trying to uninstall the airport by removing all reference to the airport BGL files ect. the airport still appears on the airport list at start up. Is there a way to remove all references to the airport to prevent it showing in the airport list at start up I have done a machine wide search on my computer using the airport name but now matches are found. Any help welcome, Regards, DGB
May 8, 20224 yr Welcome to Avsim. Assuming your test airport was installed in the Add On Scenery folder and was added to the Scenery Library menu in FSX, the proper way to uninstall is to uncheck the airport in the Add On Scenery menu, then highlight the airport and click "Delete Area". My computer: ABS Gladiator Gaming PC featuring an Intel 10700F CPU, EVGA CLC-240 AIO cooler (dead fans replaced with Noctua fans), Asus Tuf Gaming B460M Plus motherboard, 16GB DDR4-3000 RAM, 1 TB NVMe SSD, EVGA RTX3070 FTW3 video card, dead EVGA 750 watt power supply replaced with Antec 900 watt PSU.
