PMDG 737 Reverse not working with most of throttles

Featured Replies

I was a little surprised in my first landing that the push button I use to activate reverse in any other plane doesn't work in the 737.

In MSFS, one can click a button (on any hardware) and this activates the reverse axis. You then use your normal throttle axis but it's in the reverse detent now.
It's lacking in the pmdg but in other addons without issue.

On the PMDG forums, I find out most people have the same issue and I wasn't expected that from PMDG

Does anyone have a workaround?

Not sure that hardware you are using but see if this helps.

My TM Warthog works like it does on the FBW A32, hold down the button push throttle forward for levels of RT, works great on the PMDG 737

Bind "hold throttle reverse thrust" to a button on your controller. Hold this while increasing throttle (which will then increase reverse thrust). Then bring back to idle and release the button.

Toggle reverse thrust has apparently no effect on the PMDG 737.

EDIT: I'm using the TM Warthog.

Yes I heard the Warthog was working but not the others, I have the TWCS.

Thank you for your tip I'll try it!
