Hello Everyone,

When downloading and installing the massive update, I get several files then it just keeps downloading the same file over and over again without progressing to the next file. has anyone else experienced this?

It has happened to me in the past, though not on more recent updates. Usually solved by stopping and restarting again. Rebooting.  Logging out and logging back in again can sometimes help too.
