Crashes to Desktop after "Ready To Fly"

Featured Replies

Is anyone else having the same problem -  After the latest update (June 2022), two seconds after pressing “ready to fly” the plane freezes on the runway and the sim crashes.

Does anyone know the solution for this?

My only advice would be to disable all add-ons and then try the same flight again.

There is a good chance that there is an add-on that is not compatible with the latest update. If the flight works, then you will have to work back enabling add-ons until you find the one that causes the crash.

If the game crashes without any add-ons then there could be a bug with that airport or local scenery or you may want to try a different graphics driver.

If you have no joy after Chicksters advice the next thing to do is delete any caches if you use them, delete the scenery index folder and the content.xml file.
