Fail to run RAAS software

Featured Replies

Hi!
When I installed RAAS and open it. I received an error message:This FS2Crew program requires an active internet connection! Please connect to the internet and try again!

I tried many times, but the problem hasn't been solved.

Thanks!

Could be an internet issue somewhere.... try again in a few hours.... if it still fails, send us a support ticket via: www.fs2crew.com

When I send a  massage via https://fs2crew.com/contact-us/ ,it shows :There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.

It's looks like the same problem.🤣

Dose raas software connent sever via fs2crew.com? I want to try again by modifying the hosts file.

Please ensure FS2Crew is not blocked on  your host file.  Some people for some reasons have added FS2Crew to their hosts file, and that can block the connection.

Also, I see that you're in China.  Try using a VPN since you're behind the Great Firewall.
