July 6, 20223 yr Hello, to keep it short: When i push the ALT button in my C337, it goes in a steeep dive. Can only stop it when i deactivate the ALT holding function again. There seems to be no function to set an altitude...i thought its just a simple ALT HLD function. Am i doing something wrong or is the autopilot buggy? I found no threads to this topic. And second: Left toe brake moves the copilot-pedals, right toe brake moves both pilots pedals. Can anybody confirm thats a bug? i dont know why i bought this Carenado stuff after all these experiences in FSX... That is indeed a bug, reported long time ago and never fixed.. but the autopilot should work OK.. Push FD, turn on autopilot (down between the seats) and then push ALT. July 6, 20223 yr Author Thanks Bert. I never activated the AP between the seats, that is then my fault - but then why does it go into a crash dive when i push ALT, although its not activated...hmmm. Not sure what ALT does when the autopilot is not engaged... should only affect the FD bars.. but it is up to you to then fly the airplane.. For AP operation: Check that FD and AP lights are on before pushing the ALT button.. 🙂 Edited July 6, 20223 yr by Bert Pieke Bert
