Product Manager Issue

Featured Replies

I just bought the package that contains all the FSX products together. I try running the Product Manager, and it just shows a screen with blank tabs on the left side, and it never updates. Never shows my install options. Need some help with this. I disabled my firewall and virus scanner and tried again, still won't work.

Does it just use the files in C:\Users\[redacted]\AppData\Local\Programs\fs2crew-product-manager-installer?
Does it use any registry keys I can delete before trying again?
Can I just get the installer for the product instead of using this product manager?

I found another folder for it under Appdata/Roaming. Deleted it, then reinstalled, and still not working. Could not find any reg keys with "fs2crew".

Any ideas?

You're not using Windows 7 are you by chance?

Brian already handled it. And yes to Win7. Just a note... If you're going to have an all legacy app like that, you'll want to make sure all systems can use the product manager. I know Win7 is out of support, but that doesn't mean everyone is going to, nor can, as is my case, upgrade. I tried Win10 on this laptop, and found that the video card simply cannot support it.
