July 20, 20223 yr I just bought the package that contains all the FSX products together. I try running the Product Manager, and it just shows a screen with blank tabs on the left side, and it never updates. Never shows my install options. Need some help with this. I disabled my firewall and virus scanner and tried again, still won't work. Does it just use the files in C:\Users\[redacted]\AppData\Local\Programs\fs2crew-product-manager-installer? Does it use any registry keys I can delete before trying again? Can I just get the installer for the product instead of using this product manager?
July 20, 20223 yr Author I found another folder for it under Appdata/Roaming. Deleted it, then reinstalled, and still not working. Could not find any reg keys with "fs2crew". Any ideas?

July 28, 20223 yr Author Brian already handled it. And yes to Win7. Just a note... If you're going to have an all legacy app like that, you'll want to make sure all systems can use the product manager. I know Win7 is out of support, but that doesn't mean everyone is going to, nor can, as is my case, upgrade. I tried Win10 on this laptop, and found that the video card simply cannot support it.
November 12, 20223 yr Commercial Member The Product Manager does not support Windows 7. If you bought the All Access Pack for FSX/P3D, we can send you the installer directly and bypass the Product Manager. B. York FS2Crew Web Site / FS2Crew Facebook Page / FS2Crew Discord
